In fact, last quarter in the Metro Atlanta market, 56% of homes didn&#039;t sell and of the 44% that did, 36% had to have price reductions. That leaves only 14% priced right. Of the ones that were priced correctly the first time, they sold in an average of 42 days. The homes with price reductions sold in an average of 142!! That is over 3 times as long. Jeri</description>
