I want to Thank each and everyone of you that keep coming back up on The Porch for Georgia Mountain Community Reviews, Updated Market Reports and Advice on Buying or Selling your Mountain Home. If you are new to The Porch, I want to say welcome and come back as often as you like.

I know most of us have had a very trying 2008, but everything is going to be Fine in 2009! I pray that the Good Lord continues to Bless each and everyone of you as he has myself and my family. I know and trust that He will continue to do so in the coming New Year. It is my earnest prayer that each of you have a very Happy and Prosperous New Year!

I want to remind each of you of my new email address Chad@TheFrontPorchView.com. I feel very confident that joining the Team at Blairsville Realty will be a very positive move for me in 2009 and for many years ahead. Please also keep in mind that we now have Front Porch View Real Estate in full force in Blue Ridge, Ellijay, and other areas outside of the Blairsville GA Real Estate Market. If you or someone you know has a Real Estate need in the North Georgia Mountains, my family and I would be grateful just for the opportunity to work with you in fulfilling those needs.
