My wife and I just closed on a cabin in the North Georgia Mountains, after a search of about 10 months and what must have been around 50 or so individual listings. Our Realtor, Chad Lariscy, was a tireless advocate for our concerns. Not that we had all of our ideas wrapped into a tight ball at the outset (though we THOUGHT we did), by any means. We learned as we went, and Chad constantly heard, and applied, our desires to the list of properties we would be shown. We visited the area several times over the months and Chad met us each time with a smile, a warm greeting, genuine care and spent the entire day with us as our intrepid guide. When we needed input, he provided it – always with grace and real concern – to help us to more clearly see what we had in our minds and hearts. When we arrived at the place, we knew it was the one.

We’re glad for the time we spent – not only in seeing all the variations that sellers had listed, but for being able to realize our own concepts which at times weren’t all that easy to interpret.

Chad did an outstanding job of representing not only Blairsville Realty specifically, but the Real Estate profession in general. We’re proud to know him – and would heartily recommend him to anyone on a similar search.

My Wife and I live about 7 hours from Blue Ridge. When we narrowed our cabin search to the Blue Ridge area I e-mailed several Realtors about listings I found on the MLS in that area. I had a few write me back and only one wrote me back more than one time. Then after that agent found out we were from out of town said she’d be happy to help once we were in town. With more searching I found Chad Lariscy‘s website and within minutes of sending him an e-mail with questions I got a call from him. He helped me narrow the areas to look at and even drove out to our three top choices to get us pictures and video tours. With his help we were able to narrow our search down to one cabin that we were very interested in and based upon Chad’s hard work we put in an offer the day before our trip up (a Friday) and had the cabin under contract before we came back that Sunday.

I had the great priviledge of working with the Hedeen’s this spring in finding their North Georgia Mountain Cabin. It was a blast, such wonderful people. They purchased a beautiful cabin in Humphrey Heights in Mineral Bluff, Georgia. It was so nice getting to know them, and I am looking forward to a long lasting realtionship with them. Thank you so much Scott, Carol and Hayley, I hope you enjoy your new cabin for many, many years! 

 

My husband and I had been talking about buying a cabin for the past couple of years.  We wanted a place to “get away” from work and stress, a place to relax with family and friends. 

  A few months ago, we decided we were serious and stopped by several realtor offices to pick up materials/website info on the way through Blue Ridge.  One of our stops was to the Keller Williams main office in downtown Blue Ridge.   We met Chad Lariscy, who followed up with us almost immediately after we stopped by.  Chad spent a great deal of time with us- 3 – 4 weekends in a row, visiting cabins within our range and providing honest feedback on each home and educating us on cabin living along the way.  When we finally found the perfect one, Chad helped us through all the details – he really went above and beyond, surpassing all of our expectations.   I think the two things that made Chad such an asset to our search was his terrific, positive attitude and his incredible knowledge of the area- he grew up in the area and knew every inch of the region as well as all of the locals.  We got acclimated so quickly due to his guidance and we couldn’t be happier with our new home.  This will be a place we plan to have for years to come.

I consider myself very fortunate to have crossed paths with Mark and Wendy. They came into the office looking for their get-a-way to the North Georgia Mountains. After looking for several days, I was able to find them a Cabin For Sale in one of the most highly desirable developments in all of Fannin County, Mountain High. Below you will find Mark and Wendy’s personal thoughts of the Real Estate Services that I provide to each and everyone of my clients. In 2007, my wife and I decided to invest in North Georgia Mountain Property.  After many months of research we decided on the Blue Ridge, Georgia area.  We researched the internet for several months to get an idea of available properties and visited Blue Ridge for a long weekend of “looking around”.  Our intent was to explore the area ourselves and deal directly with a seller.  After a day or two of “exploring”, we soon realized we needed help.  We not only wasted a lot of time looking for properties, but we were sure to be missing properties that we did not pick up on the net.  We decided to enlist a real estate professional for guidance.  We stopped by Keller Williams Realty in Blue Ridge and that’s where we met Chad Lariscy.  We realized from the start that Chad had all the characteristics we were looking for: Professionalism and Courtesy, Experience in the Blue Ridge Real Estate Market, Expert Knowledge of Blue Ridge and Surrounding Areas, Key Contacts in the Community, and Great Advise regarding location, areas of interest and potential rental management companies.  Chad helped us through the entire process from identifying several properties that met our criteria (we were very picky), spending several days with us touring properties and discussing alternatives, negotiating with the seller of the property we identified, completing all contracts and paper work, and eventually arranging and attending the closing of the property.  He literally did it all.  We were amazed at how smoothly the entire process went.  With Chad’s help, we now have a wonderful Mountain Property that we will enjoy for years to come.  I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for property in the North Georgia Mountains.  Chad’s friendly nature combined with his excellent knowledge of the area and real estate professionalism makes him THE CHOICE in real estate assistance in Blue Ridge.
